Notes may be added to checklist items both on the "Checklist Template" and on "My Checklist". Any changes made to items from the checklist template (such as adding or editing notes), may also be updated with items that have previously been imported from the template. How to add/edit notes to checklist items listed on the "Checklist Template":
- Navigate to "Students Main"
- From the "My Checklist Templates" section, select the checklist template you want to add/edit a note
- From the new dialog window, click on the checklist item you want to add/edit a note (it will now be highlighted)
- Click on the "edit" icon, click on the "edit icon one more time
- A new dialog window will open, "Edit checklist Item Notes"
- Type in a new note or edit an existing note
- Click "Save Notes"
- Type in a new note or edit an existing note
- Click "Save Notes"
How to add/edit notes to checklist items listed on "My Checklist:
- Navigate to the student profile
- From the "My Checklist" section, select the checklist item you want to add/edit a note to
- Add a note or edit the existing note
Note: For checklist items that were added to the "My Checklist" from a template, notes may be overwritten if updates are pushed out unless the note is detached. For more information on detaching items from the template import, see "How do I "Detach" a checklist item from the original template?"
