Using the Stripe Payments dashboard

The Stripe Payments dashboard lets you see, refund, and manage your online payments without leaving CollegePlannerPro.

Open the dashboard: Contacts → Invoice Reports & Settings → Stripe Payments

Payments list

Shows every time money changed hands: payments, refunds, and dispute withdrawals. It also shows bank (ACH) payments started in the last 14 days that haven't cleared yet. Failed or abandoned checkout attempts aren't listed.

Click a payment's amount to see details or issue a refund. 

Disputes list

Shows open and closed disputes. Click a dispute to respond. See How do I manage a disputed payment (chargeback)?

Exporting Payments 

Who sees what

• The Account Owner sees all payments.
• Sub-account users with Billing & Invoicing access see payments and disputes on invoices for Contacts they have access to, and can refund and respond to disputes for those payments.

Need more detail? Click Manage in Stripe to go to your full Stripe Dashboard, where you can see payouts, fees, and account settings. Note: Account owners will need to add sub-user to their Stripe accounts if they want them to have access to the full Stripe Dashboard on Stripe's website.
