Once you have enabled a student's account, you can send them an invitation to activate the account by creating a password. If at any time after that, a student needs help with resetting their password, then you have the option to send them a password reset.
From their profile, within the section for CustomCollegePlan student/Parent Access, click on the green wording "Reset password". An email will be sent immediately to your student, prompting them to reset their password.
