Multi-Student To-Do’s are essentially the exact same as individual student To-Do’s, however, when creating or editing the To-Do you may assign more than one student. Multi-Student To-Do’s will appear on each student’s profile screen along with any individual To-Do’s assigned to the student. An icon in the lower right corner of the To-Do item on the student’s profile indicates the To-Do is a Multi-Student. This indication is important as editing or deleting Multi-Student To-Do’s requires additional instructions. You may add additional students to a Multi-Student To-Do at any time. Students may be added to the Multi-Student To-Do directly from the "Students Main". An individual student may be added to the Multi-Student To-Do from the student's profile page. For more information, check out the article, "How do I create and/or assign a To-Do for a student?"
How to add additional students to a Multi-Student To-Do:
(1) Navigate to the “Students” main tab
(2) From the "Multi-Student To-Do's" section, click on the To-Do you wish to add students to
(3) The To-Do will open in a new dialog window
(4) Click "Add Students"
(5) You may need to edit the "Complete By Date"
(6) Select "Save To-Do"
