Set Default Calendar Fields in CollegePlannerPro
You may set default field values for your calendar events in CollegePlannerPro. Add your preferred defaults in your settings instead of entering them anew for each event. Save time and effort spent copying the same information from one event to the next.
Set your defaults in Settings & Preferences → Calendar & Events
Featured default options are:
- Event Duration
- Event Title
- Event Location
- Event Notes
If you're creating an event and don't want one or more of your defaults to be used, simply click the "x" for the field(s) you'd like to remove or edit, and the field will be blank for that one instance. Your defaults will still be there the next time you need them!
*These default settings will not impact events associated with CollegePlannerPro's Scheduling functionality.
