How to view your CollegePlannerPro events on iCloud calendar on your Mac

Step-by-step Instructions

1. Copy the iCloud calendar subscription URL for your CollegePlannerPro calendar by following Step 1 in: How do I link my CollegePlannerPro calendar with another calendar?
2. Open the Calendar app on your Mac.
   
   • Click "File" > "New Calendar Subscription..."
     
   • Paste the copied URL from step 1 into the "Calendar URL" field and click "Subscribe"
     
3. You will be prompted to customize additional details for the subscription. You can change the name of the calendar, the color label, etc.
   • Make sure the "Location" selected is an iCloud account. This ensures the subscribed calendar will be available on all your computers and devices that are set up with iCloud. If you instead select "On My Mac", the calendar will be accessible exclusively on this one Mac computer.
   • For best experience, choose a frequent interval like "Every 5 minutes" for the auto-refresh.
     
4. Upon clicking OK, your CollegePlannerPro calendar will be displayed with your other iCloud calendars in the left-hand side panel, and your events will be visible on the calendar.
