The To-Dos interface is different for students in the legacy vs. new version of the student portal.
Legacy version of CustomCollegePlan
Student To-Dos are listed on the Dashboard page:
Clicking on a given To-Do item will allow the student to view details, add comments, and/or update the item's status:
New version of CustomCollegePlan
The new version of CustomCollegePlan works on both desktop and mobile. For that reason, the interface is slightly different depending on how the student is accessing their account.
Desktop
To-Dos can be found within a tab in the left-hand navigation called "To-Dos". To-Dos are shown in a kanban board format. Students can drag and drop the To-Do items from one column (status) to another. Clicking on any To-Do item allows the student to see more detail, add comments, and change the status.
Mobile
On mobile, students tap the hamburger menu in the upper left-hand corner, and select To-Dos from the menu options. Tapping on a To-Do Item will expand it to show more details, comments, etc.
Instead of dragging and dropping (which is hard to do on mobile), students can tap the "flip" icon on a given To-Do item to see options for changing its status.
