How can I change how my students see my name within CustomCollegePlan?

You can determine how you would like your name to be displayed to your Students within their CustomCollegePlan portal. The name you have associated with your account on CollegePlannerPro may be different from the name displayed to Students. For example within CollegePlannerPro, a consultant is listed as Susan Smith, but she prefers for her for students to refer to her as Ms. Smith, she can change it to read "Ms. Smith" in their CustomCollegePlan account.

CollegePlannerPro populates your first name as a default name to be displayed to Students. To change the name to be displayed, please follow the instructions listed below.

How to change how my name is displayed to students

1. From your "Dashboard", click the "My Profile & Billing Info" button in the toolbar
2. In the "My Contact Information" section, enter the name you would like to be displayed to your Students
3. Click the green "Save Contact Info" at the bottom of the page
