What does each student status type represent?

There are three status types for students. Active, Inactive, and Prospective. Detailed descriptions of each status level are listed below. CollegePlannerPro subscription plans are based on the number of "Active" students. Students are added while viewing the "Contact" (parent) profile, and their status is listed there as well.

Prospective Student

• Some data may be included 
• Unlimited number as not restricted by subscription plan
• Student data may be included in "Prospective Student Report" located on Contact Main page
• Communication via parent (Contact) email messages

"Active" Student

• Students may log into their CustomCollegePlan accounts 
• Communication via the Conversation module, To-Do's, Notes & Emails, Calendar Alerts and Broadcast Messages
• Student data may be included in reports

"Inactive" Student

• All data stored
• Unlimited number as not restricted by subscription plan
• Student data may be included in reports
• Status may be changed to update data
