Through the Student Profile within your CollegePlannerPro account, you may determine what information is viewable by the student (and parents) inside of CustomCollegePlan. Based on your preference, you are able to show or hide certain information from all or some of your students and parents. This information may include the "Suggested College List, "Admission Probabilities," "How do I match up?", the "Application Outline," and "GPA" information. You may change these settings at any time on a per-student/parent basis or set them to apply to all. Please note that the "Application Outline" viewability setting is defaulted to "NO". For more on "Application Outline", see "How do I make "Application Outline" viewable to students?"
How to manage the information that is seen by a student and/or parent(s):
- Navigate to a Student Profile
- Directly under the Student Picture/Icon, click the "Account settings" button in the "CustomCollegePlan Student/Parent Access"
- From the General menu, you may click on any toggle to turn it ON (green) or OFF (gray) to change the settings. (Your selections will automatically be saved.)
Default Settings
You may wish to change your default settings so that all future parents and students with new accounts will have specific items visible or hidden. To review your default settings, navigate to your Settings page and click on Student & Parent Settings. From here, you can review all of your CustomCollegePlan Account Settings. All changes are automatically saved to take effect for any parent and student profiles that are created from that point on.
