In addition to being alerted on the Students Main page any time students make changes to their profile, you can also set up specific alerts. You can elect to receive emails once or twice per day, and at the time you select. You can also choose to only receive email alerts if Students have made changes to their profiles, and/or include a list of incomplete (due today and past due) To-Dos in the CustomCollegePlan Student Update Email Digest. Please follow these directions to set up Student Update emails.
How to set up to receive Student updates

From your account, select the "Settings" icon
in the top right header to be redirected to your “Settings & Preferences" page.
- Select “Notifications” in the left-hand side menu
- Scroll down to the section called "Student Update Email Digests"
- From here, you may select one or two times during the day to receive an email listing all students who have made changes within their accounts.
- Additionally, you can disable or enable settings to "include a list of incomplete student to-dos" and "Send me an email even when there are no changes or incomplete to-dos to report".
Note:
- Updates will appear as "New" unless you acknowledge seeing them by "Dismissing" the updates. For more information on limiting or dismissing Updates, check out the article, "How do I limit receiving email alerts for Student updates?"
