Multi-Student Files & Folders are essentially the same as individual student Files & Folders, however, when creating or editing the Folder you may assign more than one student. Multi-Student Files & Folders will appear on each student’s profile screen along with any individual Files & Folders uploaded to a student's profile. An icon on the right corner of the Folder name on the student’s profile indicates the Folder is a Multi-Student one. This indication is important as editing or deleting Multi-Student Files & Folders requires additional instructions.
1. Navigate to the “Students” main tab
2. Click on "Add Multi-Student Files"
3. The "Add Student Files & Folders" window will open
4. Select the method you would like a file uploaded (from your computer, via a link, or connect your Google Drive account)
5. From the "Upload into folder" drop-down menu, select the folder you wish to upload the file into - or you can create a new folder.
6. Locate the file(s) you want uploaded and click on "Upload"
7. Once you're done uploading all of your files, click the "Done" button.
