How to set the time of day checklist alerts are received:
1. From your account, select the "Setting" icon in the top right header to be redirected to your "My Settings & Preferences" page.
2. In the left column, under the "My Notification Preferences" section, select the time of day you would like to receive your checklist alert from the drop-down menu.
