Your CollegePlannerPro calendar can be linked to an external calendar you may already be using or are planning to use. This will allow events from your CollegePlannerPro calendar to display on your Google Calendar for example. In order to link the calendars you will need to add a link URL to your external calendar so it knows how to retrieve your CollegePlannerPro events. This is a two step process.
First, you will need to get the linked calendar URL for your CollegePlannerPro calendar. To get your linked calendar URL, login to CollegePlannerPro and click the “Calendar” tab. In the toolbar on "Link My Calendar" button. This will open a window which contains the URL you will need to link the calendars. “Copy” the URL for the calendar you are linking your CollegePlannerPro calendar to.
Second, go to or launch the external calendar you would like to link your CollegePlannerPro calendar to. Follow the steps below for your selected calendar type.
Apple iCal (Older Mac OSX - 10.6 & 10.7)

This will open a set of options. Select “Add by URL.” Paste the copied URL from step one into the “URL” field.
Login to your Yahoo! account. If “Calendar” is not an option in the left column on the Yahoo! main page then click the “Mail” option. In the lower left column these is a list of “applications”, select “Calendar.” Once at the calendar screen you will need to click the “+” icon next to “Calendars” in the left column and select, “Subscribe to Calendar.” Paste the copied URL from step one into the “Email or iCal Address” field and click next. Give your calendar a name in the “Display as” field and be sure to click the “Save” button in the upper left corner to set the subscription.
