Accessing ProPay's merchant portal

Once you have been approved for a ProPay merchant account to start accepting credit card payments for invoices created through CollegePlannerPro, you will receive a separate email from ProPay inviting you to access their merchant portal.

Within this portal, you can view your transaction history, check on the status of deposits, update your bank account or business information, and perform other actions related to your merchant account. Several types of reports are also available for download through this portal.
