A- $0.00! There is no signup or setup fee to create a ProPay merchant account.
Q- What are the processing fees associated with this service?
A- 3.00% + $0.00 per transaction + $0.25 per deposit (batched on a daily basis)
Q- How do I get funds that are processed through ProPay?
A- Settled funds are automatically deposited to your account. It may take up to 3 business days from the date of payment to receive funds in your business bank account.
Q- What if I have questions about a transaction, refund, or deposit of my funds?
A- ProPay provides unlimited customer service to CollegePlannerPro members. Should you ever have a question about a transaction, when you can expect to receive your funds or any other issue, ProPay is standing by to assist.

* There's zero liability for you when it comes to accepting card payments. ProPay handles all of the online security measures necessary to process payments online.
* In the event you need to process a refund or void a transaction, you'll find these features within the specific invoice where the payment was made. When the time comes, you may also find this info in the CollegePlannerPro Knowledge Base.
*When a merchant account is set up, it is enabled by default only for the Account Owner and only for invoices created on or after the date in which the merchant account was approved. If you would like to enable credit card processing for other consultants on your account ("sub-accounts"), please contact our support team at support@collegeplannerpro.zendesk.com once your ProPay account has been approved.
