Add a note to a College Profile on your mobile device

The following steps detail how to add a note to the college's profile on your mobile device. These notes are for all of your students. To add a college note for one student in particular, check out the article: How do I add a College Profile note for a specific Student? 

• Colleges will need to be added to a student's profile, college bucket list or custom college list before adding a College Profile Note on your mobile device
• Once colleges are added to a place listed above, navigate to the college profile where you'd like to add a note.
• Tap Notes at the top of the screen

• Tap on the "Add a New Note" button

• Type in note content in the space available
• Select if you would like the note hidden or viewable by students. The default is set to viewable, therefore click the "Hide" button to make the note not viewable by students.

• Tap "Save Note"
