How do I change a student's personality type within the AchieveWorks Personality assessment?

Occasionally, a student's personality type in their final report may not reflect what is believed to be their true type.

If you have reviewed AchieveWorks Personality results with the student and need to change the report to reflect a different personality type, please send us an email at support@collegeplannerpro.zendesk.com 

1. Include the student's name, email address, and correct personality type.  
2. We will let you know once the change has been made.
