How do I generate a report listing all Student To-Dos?

The "All Student To-Dos" report is a tool that allows you to generate an overall view of the to-dos assigned to all of your students. You can sort the to-dos by student or by task, and filter them by graduation year and completion status. 

How to Create a Student To-Dos Report

1. Navigate to the Students Main page and click on the "All Student To-Do's" in the Reports section located in the left-hand column
   
2. A new dialog window will open with a list of all of the Student To-Dos
3. Select the graduation year(s)
4. You can change the sort order of these by clicking the Column Headings (i.e. Student or Complete-by)
5. You can sort multiple columns simultaneously by holding down the Shift key and clicking on a second Column Heading
6. You may additionally filter the report by the following columns:
   1. Student Name
   2. To-Do title
   3. Start date
   4. Complete by date
   5. Progress
   6. To-Do type
   7. Assigned consultant (for multi-consultant teams)
      

How to manage To-Do Items

Individually

You can further manage the to-dos by clicking on the to-do title. A pop-up will appear, allowing you to edit the details of the to-do. 

Mass Update To-Do statuses

1. Select the desired to-do items by using the checkboxes adjacent to the student names
   
   
2. Alternatively, if you have filtered the to-do items and would like to edit the statuses of all items on your screen, use the "Select all" option
   
   
3. Click the "Edit Selected" button and change the to-do statuses from the next screen
