The "All Active Student Profile Checklist Items" report is a tool that allows you to generate an overall view of the to-do's assigned to all of your students. You can sort the to-do's by student or by task, and filter them by graduation year and completion status.
How to Create a Student Checklist Items report
- Navigate to the Students Main page and click on the "All Student Checklist Items" in the Reports section located in the left-hand column
- A new dialog window will open with a list of all of the Active Student Checklist items
- Select the graduation year(s)
- You can change the sort order of these by clicking the Column Headings (i.e. Student or Complete-by)
- You can sort multiple columns simultaneously by holding down the Shift key and clicking on a second Column Heading
- You may additionally filter the report by the following columns:
- Student Name
- Item title
- Complete by date
- Progress
- Assigned consultant (for multi-consultant teams)
How to manage My Checklist Items
Individually
You can further manage the checklist items by clicking on the title. A pop-up will appear allowing you to edit the details of the item.
Mass Update Checklist item statuses
- Select the desired items by using the checkboxes adjacent to the student names
- Alternatively, if you have filtered the checklist items and would like to edit the statuses of all items on your screen, use the "Select all" option
- Click the "Edit Selected" button and change the to-do statuses from the next screen
