Each of your prospective Contacts or families came to you from somewhere. Perhaps a workshop, seminar, referral, they found you online, etc. It’s important to keep track of this information as it provides a visual for which marketing efforts are working for your business and where your clients are coming from.
On the Contacts Main page, all of your recruitment sources will be listed. By clicking on any of the recruitment sources, you’ll see a list of Contacts you currently have in the system that pertain to that recruitment source. You may also send Broadcast messages to Contacts based on their recruitment source.
As you add a recruitment source for a Contact, CollegePlannerPro will suggest similar, previously used, recruitment sources so they can be grouped for future reference. It’s important your recruitment sources are spelled the same, use the same capitalization and character spacing. For example, “Community Seminar” will be considered different than “Comm Seminar”
