Steps to Receive Prompt Support
- Check out our IEC Support Center. We have many articles and videos for the most common questions and issues that arise for our IECs. We also have previous recordings and write-ups from our "Office Hours" sessions.
- If you would like to speak to someone on the Prompt team or would like assistance with Prompt's platform, please reach out at team@myprompt.com. Prompt's support team will respond to your request within 1-2 business days with the best next steps.
