- Check out our IEC Support Center. We have many different articles as well as videos for most of the common questions and issues that arise for our IECs. We also have previous recordings and write-ups from our Office Hours sessions.
- If you need clarification on something within the support material or have an issue that you can’t resolve on your own, please reach out to us at team@myprompt.com. Someone will get back to you within 24-hours and provide you with the best next steps.
