Athena AI uses an annual per-student license model. One license covers one student for a full application cycle and allows for unlimited essay reviews for that student. Student seats are valid for the current admissions cycle and expire on May 1st of the following year.
Pricing is tiered based on the volume of licenses purchased:
- Individual licenses: $120 per student
- Growth Bundle (bulk purchase of 50+ licenses): Price drops to $108 per student
- Enterprise (large firms purchasing 100+ licenses): Contact sales@athenco.ai for pricing
All payments are processed through Stripe. The following payment methods are accept.
- Credit card
- Debit card
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- Cash App Pay
- ACH / Direct Debit (through Plaid integration)
- "Pay by Bank" (Customer initiated ACH transfer)
