Setting up your College profiles' defaults
You can set up default settings for some of the College Profile features.
College Profile Settings in CollegePlannerPro (as the counselor):
When navigating to a college profile, you can select which tab you will be taken to first.
- From your account, select the "Settings" icon
in the top right header to be redirected to your “Settings & Preferences" page
- Select “College Profile Settings” in the left-hand side menu
- Change the selection for "When navigating to a college profile page, display this section first:"
When using the Admission Probability labels, you can edit the titles of each of the colors, including an optional fourth.
- From your account, select the "Settings" icon
in the top right header to be redirected to your “Settings & Preferences" page
- Select “College Profile Settings” in the left-hand side menu
- Next to the College Admission Probability Labels field, you will find the list of the four colored labels that are available for you to use. Clicking into the text field will allow you to edit the titles
- Note: the fourth, red admission probability label is optional and will not be used if the label is left blank
- All changes are automatically saved
College Profile Settings in CustomCollegePlan (as the student):
- From your account, select the "Settings" icon
in the top right header to be redirected to your “Settings & Preferences" page
- Select “Student Settings” in the left-hand side menu
- In the CustomCollegePlan Account Settings section, you will have options to enable or disable a few fields that are available to display/hide to your students, including:
- Students' ability to view their admission probability
- Students' ability to view their ACT/SAT "How do I match up?" graphs
- Students' ability to view college profile GPA data
- Students' ability to view Common Application, Universal Application, or Coalition Application icons
- Changes made are automatically saved
