How do I add a profile picture?

You can personalize your CollegePlannerPro account by adding a profile picture. This image will appear on your Dashboard and alongside any comments you make in the Conversation thread with students. Students will see your profile picture in the Conversation thread within CustomCollegePlan. Supported file formats are JPG and PNG, with a maximum file size of 5MB.

Adding a profile picture to your account

1. Navigate to the Profile section () of your account.
2. Select “Profile Picture” in the left-hand side menu.
3. Click in the box to upload a photo from your computer or drag and drop an image inside the box. 

How do I change my profile picture? 

Once an image has been added to your profile, you can change the image by using the pencil icon in the bottom right corner of the profile picture. 

How do I delete my profile picture? 

Once an image has been added to your profile, you can delete the image by using the pencil icon in the bottom right corner of the profile picture and then selecting the trash icon.
