You may change your billing credit or debit card associated with your account at any time. By replacing your current card, the existing card information is permanently deleted. To change your card information, please follow the steps below.
To change your debit or credit card:
- Login to your CollegePlannerPro account
- Click the "My Profile & Billing Info" in the toolbar on the Dashboard
- In the right-hand column of the page under the section labeled "Billing & Subscription Information", click the "Change My Card" button
- Enter your new debit or credit card information into the form and click save
Please note: Your card will NOT be charged when you update your card information unless your account is past due or there is a balance due for your account.
