If your students are receiving an error message that says, "Oops! The page you asked for is secure and you do not have proper credentials" then they may need to enable cookies within their browser.
In order for the CollegePlannerPro and Human eSources systems to work together, CollegePlannerPro needs to be able to set a bit of information (in the form of a web browser cookie) on your student's computer. If the settings are not to allow this, they may receive an error message.
