1. Log in to your CollegePlannerPro account
2. Click on the “My Profile & Billing Info” button in the toolbar on the Dashboard
3. Click the “Change My Plan” button located in the right-hand column under the section labeled, "My Billing & Plan Information"
4. Choose the plan you would like to upgrade (or downgrade) to
- When upgrading your plan you will be billed a pro-rated amount based on where you are in your billing cycle.
- If you are downgrading your plan, the new plan amount will go into effect on your next billing date.
- Upon upgrading or downgrading a subscription, users become subject to the most recent pricing, listed on collegeplannerpro.com or within the Service.
