You have correctly added the parents and then the student and now even though you have added an email address for this student, you are unable to "Enable" their account. In most cases this is due to the student having a duplicate profile within your CollegePlannerPro account. Each student is identified by their unique email address, therefore the system will not allow the same student email address to be used twice. Be sure to check that you have not made a duplicate profile for this student.
