For some reason you may need to reset a Student's PIN. It's really easy! All you need to do is navigate to their profile and send them a new PIN. If your Student forgets their PIN, you may simply resend it to them or they may retrieve it on their own. See "How can Students retrieve their PIN?" for details.
How to reset a Student's PIN and send it to them:
1. Navigate to the Student's profile
2. In the "Student Access" section, click on "Send info email to *Student*"
3. A new dialog box will open, select "Reset student access PIN"
4. Now select "Send Email"
5. You may also send a copy to the parents
